Mold length up to 2.5meter and 25T weight.

There are 23 engineers as tooling designer and CNC programmer(10ENG), 8 project engineers for injection tooling and 5 PE for Die casting toolings.

All kinds of raw material appointed by clients, usually use ABS,PP, PP+GF/TD, PC, PC+ABS, HIPS, PS, PA, PA66, POM, PMMA, TPE/R/U, PVC, K5, 514.0, 7122.2 ect.
7.Which kinds of steel you use for mold insert ?
All kinds of raw steel that based on mold life and appointed by clients, usually use Swedish ASSAB 718,738,P20,SKD11/61, SKH51, SUJ2,DF2,S136H,NAK80, 1.8407, 1.2344, 1.2767, Moldmax hardened Be-Cu ect.
8.How long mold life you can assure?
That's depends on customer's requirements and mold working application, basically we can assure mold running 1 million shots, actually some molds have run over 2 million shots and still work well due to proper maintenance.
9.Which standard mold components you can use?
That's depends on where the mold will be used, if mold works in Europe, will set with Hasco, Strack,Cumsa,Staubli, RUD ect.
if in America, can set with DME or customer need. if in Asia, normally use LKM, MISUMI, PUNCH, TAIYO ect.
10.Do you use hot runner to mold and which kinds of brands get used to choose?
Yes! most of molds with hot runner in consider of shortest cycle time and match with customer's production efficiency,
usually recommend customer choosing Mold master, Incore, Synentive,Yudo, Gunther ect.
11.Which brands of hydraulic and electrical mold components you use?
We choose the quality and popular brand mold components for customers,such TAIYO, NITTO,Vega, AHP Merkle and OMRON ect.
